Bookings: We recommend that you book your treatments or packages in advance to avoid disappointment.
You can book by telephone, by using our web site, or by contacting us via Facebook or email. We do sometimes have last minute availability so it’s always worth telephoning us to enquire.
Pre-payment: On our busiest days or if your booking is over the value of £50 full pre-payment is required to secure your booking. You can pay on the telephone or via our web site. We accept VISA or MasterCard credit cards and most debit cards. All treatments must be paid for in full prior to commencement.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations hurt our business so please give us at least 24 hours notice, if you are unable to keep your appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given or if you don’t attend an appointment, the full charge will apply. Please note: Spa packages or Spa Party require 7 days cancleation notice.
Refunds: Prepaid bookings require 24 hours notice, group booking or Spa packages require 7 days notice of cancellation for a full refund to be issued. Otherwise a 100% cancellation charge will apply.
Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers are available for specific treatments or for any amount. If you use a gift voucher as payment please quote the voucher number at the time of the booking. You must present your gift voucher as your payment method when you checking in to our Spa, fail to do so, charge of the treatments will be apply. Gift vouchers expire 12 months from the date of purchase (Except special offer gift vouchers), expired gift vouchers will NOT be accepted, any remaining balance will automatically be deleted. Please note that gift voucher CANNOT be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Appointment Times: On your first visit, please arrive few minutes early to allow you time to complete a medical questionnaire form. This will also subscribe you to our newsletter. If you do not wish to be contacted, please let one of our staffs know. We do not share your information with any 3rd parties. We regret that late arrival could result in reduced your treatment time and that the full amount will still be payable.
Handling charge: Please note if you wish to bring your own nibbles or drinks a £3 per head handling charge will apply.
Internet product purchases: We endeavour to post your product within 3 working days (subject to stock and availability) . It will be posted Royal Mail second class and may take up to 5 days to arrive. We recommend you allow 5-7 working days to receive your product. We always obtain proof of posting and any loss of item must be taken up between you (the client) and Royal Mail.
