Appointments: We recommend treatments and spa packages are booked in advance to avoid disappointment. Appointments can be booked by telephone, website, Facebook or Email and please ensure you have received confirmation of your appointment prior to arrival. On occasion, we may have late availability, so it is always worth contacting the spa to enquire.
Appointment Fees: A non-refundable appointment fee is required to secure all appointments with a value of under £50 and full payment is required for appointments with a value of over £50, the amount of which will be used towards payment of your treatment. Payment is required at the time of booking appointments and can be made via telephone or our website by Debit Card or Credit Card. Please note: Appointment Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless a minimum of 24 hours notice or 7 days in respect of all spa packages is provided to cancel/amend your appointment booking.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations hurt our business so please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to amend/cancel your treatment appointment and a minimum of 7 days notice to amend/cancel Spa Package bookings.
Refunds: Should the aforementioned required notice not be provided a 100% cancellation charge will apply to all appointments and/or spa package bookings and refunds will not be issued.
Fong Spa Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers can be purchased for specific treatments or for an amount. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (Excluding ‘Special Offer‘ Gift Vouchers). Unfortunately, we are unable to accept Gift Vouchers which have expired or extend the valid date and the full amount of the Gift Voucher must be used, as we are unable to refund or retain any unused balance. The Gift Voucher number should be provided at the time of booking the appointment and the hard copy of the Gift Voucher must be provided upon arrival and prior to commencement of any treatment. Should the Gift Voucher not be provided upon arrival, full payment of the treatment will be required.
Appointment Times: Upon your first visit, please arrive few minutes early to complete a Client Consultation Form. We advise that late arrival to your appointment may result in the treatment time being reduced or cancelled if the treatment cannot be carried out within the time, however full payment for the treatment will be required.
Completion of the Client Consultation Form will automatically subscribe you to our newsletter, should you not wish to be contacted, please advise a member of the team. We do not share your information with any third parties.
Handling Charge: Please note if you wish to bring your own nibbles or drinks to consume within the spa area there will be a £3 per head handling charge applied to the booking.
Internet Product Purchases: We endeavour to dispatch your order within 3 working days (subject to stock and availability) via Royal Mail Postal Service which can take up to 5 days to arrive. Please allow 5-7 working days to receive your product.
